A: Pours with the slightest amount of chill haze. That clears up after a minute, a pale golden/yellow color. A two finger white head forms with good retention and lace left behind.
S: For all Galaxy hops, this is fairly restrained. Some over ripe fruits, that approach passion fruit, and a woody aroma.
T: Again, over ripe fruits. Passion fruits and peaches, this opens up a little more than the nose would suggest. I get some woody notes, light grainy malts, light lingering bitterness.
M/O: A medium body and moderate carbonation. Could be a bit more crisp for me. Easy to drink, I can come back to this with ease.
Another solid offering from True Anomaly. As always they make good beers. I like this, and will get it again on occasion, but think I prefer Rocket Park.
