Amber-colored, malty, mild ale that has been a mainstay in British pubs for hundreds of years. Ruby Dragon is smooth, satisfyingly malty, but not sweet. It finishes with a hint of biscuity-nutty complexity from prized Maris Otter malt, and a tiny bit of dark-roasted malt.

Poured from the can into a nonic(k) pint glass.
Creamy topped khaki colored head, with a faint hint of red to pink hue color. Fine thin foamed bubbles making three fingers to sit on a copper reddish amber body color. Solid looking brew.
Aroma is tea herbal, slight hint of cherry fruit and even some light hinting peanut butter. Whispy and inviting and coming up a bit larger than expected.
Palate is real nice. Nearly creamy sensing body with lots of malt depth. Chewy hinting texture with fruity esters of red berried fruit flavor. Mild sensing bitterness with hints mellow tea leaves, and soft tannins. Faint touch of booze for a mild but gives a little bit more punch to the fruit sweetness that plays around with straweberry to cherry tones.
Real nice tasting beer, but clocks in a bit heavy for a mild.

12 ounce can poured into a nonic pint glass.
Can is labeled 5.6% ABV
L: Medium amber, slight cloudiness, one finger khaki head, loose foam has moderate retention.
S: Herbal and earthy hops, biscuit-like Pale malt, whiffs of corn as it warms, overall "English" aroma.
T: Tea-like, herbal and earthy, mild bitterness, biscuit malt, low-ish sweetness, notes of fruity yeast.
F: Medium-light body, smooth with a crisp finish, a little bit chalky at times.
O: Nice beer, very enjoyable, I would love it if the ABV was closer to a traditional mild like the original 4.6% listing.

Deep, clear amber, generous, dense khaki head, top notch retention, bands of lace
Some stone fruit esters, toasty, biscuity malt aromas
Pretty much tastes like it smells, with a bit of toffee sweetness, just enough bitterness on the end to finish clean
Medium-light bodied, nitro can
I could put back a few of these. I'm guessing it's too strong for a mild in Britain, but it's got enough flavor for America
