12 ounce can poured into a tumbler pint glass
L: Brilliantly clear, pale/straw, lively pour, 3 finger stark white head, loose sticky foam, moderate lacing.
S: Good strength nose, bright spicy hops to open, becoming more green after, grainy and bread malt.
T: Sharp and hop forward, moderate bitterness straight through, some balancing malt flavor on the front end with a light sweetness spiking in the middle, clean green bitter hoppy finish.
F: Light body, fairly crisp, medium-high carbonation.
O: Pretty good but more green and sharp than I would like.

Pours a nice cloudy golden color with a nice head and lacing
Aroma has generous fruit, lemongrass and malt hints
The taste follows the nose with a well balanced fruit, lemongrass and malt flavor
A light bodied well carbonated beer
A good Kolsch

Appearance: Clear gold, average size white head, almost no lacing.
Aroma: Modest orchard fruit presence, faint sweetness, hops not making an impression.
Taste: Light fruitiness, a white wine-like attribute. Clean, dry finish. Subtle bitterness balanced by the sweetness
Mouthfeel: Smooth, medium bodied, moderately carbonated.
Overall: A little hidden gem.

This time of year, I seek out these lighter, low abv styles like pilsners and common ales and especially kolschs, Cloudy golden body and rocky white head is a good start on this one. A bit of graininess in the nose. The bread note is the major player, with only minor contributions from floral hops. A bit more full bodied and rustic than many of this style. Interesting take.

Very pronounced German grain in the flavor profile. High flavor Kolsch.

Not usually a fan of pilsners or Kolsch, so I'm trying to be objective as possible here.
Poured into a tall, skinny pilsner-type glass. Light, enduring head-typical for the style.
Clean and clear, golden and bubbly.
Good carbonation, slight grassiness, surprisingly flavorful, with a satisfying body
Light, dry and almost too drinkable; I crushed three before I knew it.

Pale golden color, brilliantly clear. Pours modest sized white head with decent retention for the style.
Little bit of lemon in the nose, but overall a pretty clean aroma. Very gentle sweetness.
Soft pils malt kind of flavor up front, and a slight fruitiness as noted in the nose. Light body so the hop bitterness makes presence known despite being 25 IBU. A nice, light, crisp refreshing beer. Perfect for the August day on which I'm reviewing it.
Light-medium body, relatively high carbonation. Carbonation works with the hops to dry out the finish.
I cannot claim to be an expert on the style, but it seems to hit the mark for me as an easy drinking yet flavorful summer kind of beer.

Poured from the can into a stange glass.
Big bright and dark brass body color, with a clear shiny gleaming polished appearance. Head creation is a little off white in color and makes a simple two finger height with little retention. Settles to a fine bubbly small puck. Excellent amounts of pin head mostly with some soda bubble carbonation. Great looking Kolsch.
Bit of a clean like nose, with a touch of bread and honey. Hints a little wax like slightly, but also interesting touches of almost pino grigio wine like quality. Very good aroma.
Palate hits the spot. A bit of touch gaseous on first sip, with some playful bubbles but then the flavors break through. Mineral toned a bit, with hints of light honey and soft dough. Finishes with a very good bready crust like flavor, and hints some nice spice like herbal hop notes as well, getting into light pepper and some slight thick grass.
A pretty solid refreshing kolsch, going to be drinking a lot of this I think.

Clear yellow, solid white head, good retention and lace
Clean bready malt, some grassiness
Tastes like beer dawg! Bready, a little grassy, barely fruity, hint of sulfur
Light bodied, good carbonation, refreshing.
Dang nice kolsch. Not necessarily my jam, but good summer offering
