16 ounce can poured into a Willi Becher.
L: Clear amber pour, 2 finger antique-white head, loose sudsy foam has good retention, clumps of sticky lace.
S: Opening whiff of fruity esters then citrus /floral hops taking over.
T: As advertised, hop forward, floral and citrus flavors with an assertive earthy-woody bitterness, just enough sweet bread-like pale malt flavor to check the bitterness, citrus manifests as orange as it warms.
F: Frothy medium-weight body, moderately carbonated but enough for a mild underlying bite.
O: Comes across as a classic example to me, very nice.

Light amber with slight chill haze, big off white head, nice retention and lacing
Herbal, floral, and citrus hop aroma, sweet, biscuitty malt underneath
Sweet malt flavor, very cookie like, whipcrack of bitterness, hop flavor mimics aroma
Medium-light body with slightly low carbonation
I really dig this.
