Fairly bland pilsner. The double dry hopping seemed to not do much for this beer. Crisp and drinkable, just kinda bland.

Crystal clear light gold, thick white head, nice retention, good lace
Floral, citrus, and little bit of tropical fruit from the hops, underlying bready malt.
Very floral in flavor, fruit flavors run pear to lemon to papaya. Malt is a little doughy
Feel about spot on
Nice springtime beer. Good one for taking a break from yardwork.

NOTE: Isn't a classic Bohemian Pilsner. They just label it as a pilsner, and think it is made with more American style hops (used the Pink Boots hop blend). But I think it drinks soft like a bo pils. Or an APL (American Pale Lager).

Pale golden color, brilliantly clear. Has a decent sized white head, creamy and lingering. Looks beautiful.

Nice, slightly fruity/piney hop aroma, and otherwise quite clean.

Fairly assertive hop flavor with a good amount of pine early in the sip. Hop flavor has some complexity. Bitterness is assertive but not overpowering.

Light-medium body, fairly high carbonation. Mouthfeel works with the hops to give the beer a crisp, slightly drying feel. Palate is scrubbed for the next sip.

Think I enjoyed it slightly more at the brewery yesterday on draft, but still a nice easy drinking hoppy beer. Nice change of pace in a pilsner from the classic noble hops.
