Poured from the can into a wheat ale glass.
Deep brass color, with a touch of haze but not terrible. Light edging lemon glow on the sides and even some dark brown up top. Frothy bubbled head of a big four fingers, with quite impressive retention and staying power. Light touches of pill lacing as she settles. Faint real micro-scopic like carbonation that almost seem suspended. Real excellent looking gose here.
Lime sensing aroma touching with bright salt flavor on the nose. Juiced up fruit, maybe even a hair of light sweetness from it as well. Tart controlled brine and an excellent contrasting exotic fruit as well. Real solid and not overbearing either.
The palate on first sip is really busy. Lots of washing flavors, but also missing just a hint of that big chewy density to style. Supportive enough of tart touches of lime and tropical fruit angles. Hits with light salt but finishes with just enough malt dough to bring the body and flavors into bigger focus. Lime hinting and definitely the dominant quality.
It's a bit overkill but there's still some very good drinking to be had here.

Hazy straw, thin white head. no retention, ok lace. About what would be expected with a kettle sour.
Lots of lime, some funky earthiness, hay-like malt
Tart. Lime and passionfruit. Background of a lower gravity wheat ale. It is as advertised.
Light and clean. I could do with a little more carbonation.
Not really my style at all, but it delivers on what its supposed to be.
