Dry Hopped Pilsner with Mosaic and Meridian
In 1501 Amerigo Vespucci determined that South America was a separate continent- a fact far more important that most beer lovers realize. Unwittingly, explorers played matchmaker between a cold-tolerant yeast from Patagonia and a long-established Eurasian brewing yeast. The result of this liaison was the yeast used to ferment lager beer. We brewed Vespucci's Connection as a classic German Pilsner with a small dry hop to celebrate this most positive of intercontinental connections!

Clear gold, white head, decent retention and lace
Blueberry, lemon, and a little bit of herbal hop aromas with honey and bready malt underneath
Pretty much tastes like it smells
Medium bodied with good carbonation
While this is good, I think I liked the first version better.
