As the first ever beer brewed at Silver Branch, Sisyphus has a special place in our hearts. Originally named to commemorate the Sisyphean task of turning our brewery dream into reality, we now see it as the perfect beer to help us celebrate another year as part of the vibrant DC-area craft beer community! This second-year edition is an update of the original recipe. It’s a bigger version with Mosaic Incognito, Strata, El Dorado, and Amarillo.

Hazy orange, thin white head. Retention is lacking but the lace is great
Oranges, pear, apricot and cherry with a bit of herbal/spicy hop aroma
Tastes like it smells. A little bit too sweet.
Medium-full mouthfeel, could stand a touch more carbonation. A little sticky
I like the aroma and flavors, but it just needs to dry out a bit to really come together
