Deep gold / pale amber color, slightly hop hazy. Pours a robust white head, creamy and with good retention.
Somewhat tropical fruit hop aroma, but not overly sweet smelling. Also some earthy hop aromas that balance it out a bit. Definitely some grapefruit.
First sip is a delicious blend of malt sweetness and fruity hop flavors. Maybe a pineapple/grapefruit blend. Bitterness kicks in midmouth but never is overpowering. On the soft hop bitterness side of things. Hop flavor is very pleasant for my palate - fruity but not overly sweet, and just enough bitterness that it seems IPAlike.
Medium body and carbonation, no astringency or warming. Hops a bit drying on the tongue, but not in horrible tongue scraping kind of way.
Nice blending of a traditional C hop with some new varieties - best of both worlds from my perspective. An easy drinking, hoppy (but not super bitter) beer.

Deep gold with some chill haze, off-white head, decent retention,
Floral, grapefruit, and tropical fruit aromas.
A melange of tropical fruit, pear, and stone fruit to start, then a cleansing grapefruit bitterness over bready malt
Medium bodied with appropriate carbonation
My favorite of the past few versions
