Unfiltered, pale gold appearance with a large white head and good lacing. Yeasty, spicy, fruity aroma provides good depth. Taste is moderately sweet while still displaying the spice and fruit found in the aroma. Lively carbonated, low-to-medium bodied mouthfeel that settles nicely on the palate. Bitterness is modest as is the hop profile. Overall, has more character than a typical blond ale.
