Medium: Capped, IPA glass.
Opacity: Dense hazy and cloudy, lots of activity.
Color: Dark gold/light amber.
Head: Extra foamy and frothy 4 finger.
Legs: Very good with decent swirl reaction.
Smell: Peach/Orange/Caramel/Floral.
Taste: Passion fruit/Pineapples/Butter/Herbal.
Feel: Tropical/Resinous/Piney/Peppercorn.
Body: Medium slick and oily, a bit dull.
Carbonation: Crispy at first, gets more moderate.
Overall: High quality brut NEIPA. Interesting unique Norweyan yeast, a bit sour and dry than usual. Though the body suffers a little for a brut being slightly too murky and lacking freshness.
Visual 8.5/10 - Flavors 8/10 - Sensations 7/10 - Balance 7.5/10 -
Freshness 5.5/10 - Intensity 7/10 - Complexity 8.5/10 - Appreciation 8/10
