Served in a tall pilsner glass. Deep dark brown color, with a small tan head. The smell is of light malt, but does not come out strongly. The flavor comes through as a strong roasted malt with hints of caramel, and small bits of raisin and prune. Mouthfeel is crisp and clean, and drinkability is high. Very enjoyable beer.
