An amber lager brewed in honor of the Hartford Wolf Pack AHL hockey team. Pours a light copper color, topped off with a low beige head that's a little fizzy. No aroma detected, but the flavor is light and provocative. A good amount of depth for a beer of this style - initially sweet malts, followed by butterscotch and cinnamon, with a citrusy finish. Low hop profile, but the other flavors make up for it. Great selection for bellying up to the bar for a bunch of pints to watch a game.
