Classic O'Fest look - amber color with an off-white even head that slowly sinks. Low aroma of sweet malts, a bit of floral hop, and some butterscotch. Flavor is very even, malty, biscuity. There's a bit of hops in the finish, and a little citric tingle in the aftertaste. Very drinkable, and seems to get better as it warms - the malts come out more and spread more biscuity flavor. Even mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. Just one more rock-solid beer at City Steam to make it even harder to choose your next pint.
