not too good...not too bad. very weak IPA with an average everything...I would actually expect more from a beer at the actual brewery...nevermind one that claims it is putting hartford back on the map. If the Wailers couldnt do it, I doubt this beer could.

Cloudy amber colored with a low head of burnt beige wisps that settle quickly. Pungent smell of sweet tangerine draws me closer til my nose is nearly submerged. Flavor strikes the tongue with more tangerine - you can almost feel the pulp. Orange rind accompanies. There's lots of hops here (75 IBU's), but they provide more flavor than bittering, and they allow other flavors to emerge - there's hints of candy, plus cinnamon and butterscotch rising up from the back of my mouth. There's also a firm malt backbone to the whole thing. It's biscuity and chewy, and works well with the other flavors. The mouthfeel is amazing - dry and crisp, but there's a fullness at the same time. It feels fresh and clean, and every sip delivers a bright and tingly finish.
