On tap at City Steam in downtown Hartford. Pours a dark brown - almost but not quite black - with a tan head. Initial impression is roasted malts and caramel. Medium mouthfeel (too light IMHO) and light carbonation (about right for the style). Finish is nice and smooth. At 4.3%, it's quite drinkable.
