A - Bright straw color. Thin fizzy head settles quickly to thin layer of foam.
S - Herbal hoppiness with strong hints of grapefruit.
T - Light citrus and crisp pale malt tease the tongue. the malt announces its presence briefly before being ousted by a finishing kick of Amarillo.
M - light body, crisp bitter finish.
D - Oh yeah, all day! Quite refreshing, at least until the taste buds have had their fill of Amarillo

Pours a slightly murky golden yellow with a 1/2 inch head which dissapates quickly and leaves a sticky lacing as you go.
Nose is dominated by grapefruit.
Taste, like the nose, is dominated by grapefruit flavors. Hoppy up front, with some malt coming through on the midsip, but not enough to call it a transition.
Mouthfeel is solid, as is drinkability.
By no means a slouch of an IPA, and one of City Steam's better IPA's, but nothing to get terribly excited over.
