Pouring a cellar temp 16 oz can into my snifter. The beer pours a clear copper color with rocky and fluffy eggshell white head of 3 cm even with a gentle pour. The aroma is some light pine hops and citrus rind, grapefruit mostly, sort of mild nose but there is a bit of biscuit and cracker malt in the background too.
The first sip reveals a crisp texture with average body and fine tingly carbonation. The beer dries out significantly after each sip.
Flavor is some biscuity malt and caramel up front but moves quickly to some rindy hops and a bit of of pine sap. There is some mild astringent bitterness on the finish.
The beer is very easy to drink and is enjoyable while not being overly complex. I could have several of these in a sitting and be satisfied. A nice easy drinker.
