A classic NE IPA with a smooth body and the expected tropical and stone fruit flourishes. Well rounded flavor with the malt backing. Would be interested to see a double version of this. Reminded me a bit of the Double Fuzzy Ducks I got my hands on recently. Overall, a great, brand new addition to a local favorite craft taproom/restaurant. Definitely trying this one again, hope they add it to their can selection.
Per the City Steam description, "Dayo” sits on a rich and creamy malt bill of Pilsner, Honey malt, oats and red wheat. We then used over 4lbs of Mosaic and Citra hops per barrel for bright mango, papaya and heavy grapefruit notes "
