A: crystal clear; medium gold in color; 1 finger finely pored white head that receded to a wispy cap with a thick, tight collar; nice rings of lace;
S: apple;
T: very little flavor up front; the middle is light malt with a bit of hop spice; mild to moderate bitterness at the end; aftertaste is apple;
M: medium bodied moderate carbonation; moderately dry finish; crisp;
O: not a great example of the style;

Poured from the tap into a pint glass. The appearance is a clear light amber color with a small white head. The aroma is mild hops. A decent pilsner.
