This delicious, unfiltered WHEAT ALE is served in a traditional 22oz vase shaped glass, which allows the carbonation to fully rise and release its enticing aroma. Quality & Quantity, our favorite combination! We named this brew "White Wedding" because, as they say, it's always a nice day for one! Raise your glass in a toast to this untraditional marriage of Canadian grain, American wheat beer yeast, and Belgian-style spices.

Poured from the tap into a pint glass at the brewery. The appearance is a cloudy straw color with a large white head. The aroma is full of spice and some biscuit. The taste has some fruit, blended with cloves, pepper and malt.

Had a glass of this brew during a lunch visit today.
The beer comes served in a 22 oz weissbier glass.
The brew is a hazy straw color with frothy bleached white head of 2 cm. Lots of sediment in the beer and the head recedes very slowly to a sturdy edge layer that remains through the sampling.
Aroma is spicy with cloves and black pepper maybe a little some biscuit notes. I also get a bit of sweet malt and a bit of light fruitiness. Pretty complex nose, but spices dominate.
First sip reveals a light crisp body with very mild and rolling carbonation.
Flavor is similar to nose, briefly sweet and mild malt rolls to some cloves and again I get a lot of black pepper spiciness on the brew. Maybe a little bit of lemon mixed in. Very crisp and easy to drink this beer. I dont get any real hop notes and as expected the ABV is well hidden. Enjoyable with my lunch today.
