Had on tap at City Steam in Hartford.
A - Pours light gold in color. Settles out a little darker. Creamy foam on top.
S - Sweet scent, reminds me of summery fruit. It also has a yeasty component to it, and ends up with a sweet brandy-like finish.
T - Sugary sweet, with a little burn at the end. You realize quickly that this is a sipper, and a decent one at that.
M - Light bodied, not particularly heavy at all. Typical of the style.
D - One is enough. This is a true Belgian Tripel and is meant to enjoy slowly. Should actually have had after my meal.
Not bad, decent job with this.
