Oaked Czech pilsner. Unfortunately the traditional large wooden vessels (pronounced food-ers) aren't always possible... So we improvised. This Czech Pilsner was lagered in virgin American Oak barrels straight from the cooper.
Once filled these barrels were laid to rest in the walk-in to develop a subtle oak characteristic while maintaining the traditional lager profile. Tradition meets innovation, old school meets new school.

Pours clear and golden in the glass. Lots of oak and vanilla notes up front, from the time in the foeder, with a sweetish vanilla taste. Light and almost floral. Tasty!
