Crystal clear brew, more amber than yellow, with abundant foam in the New Belgium snifter. Pleasant malty taste with more than a touch of sweetness, which goes well with the fruity flavors. Sudsy and tangy in the mouth with a substantial malty body. Tastes of lime peel, grapefruit, and sweet peach. Mild bitter aftertaste with fruit galore. Overall this is a very friendly and mellow hoppy brew with plenty of hop flavor. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing. Brewed for the brewery's Fifth Anniversary in January 2024.
