Stout Impérial Espresso Corsé en version cryoconcentré. Les arômes du grain de de café torréfié sortent à merveille et accompagnent les sucres résiduels concentré. Les deux sont soutenus par la chaleur réconfortante de l’alcool.

330 ml bottle, as Beauregard Espresso Corsé Bière de Glace Cuvée 2025, at Cardinal, Stavanger. ABV is 18%. Pitch black colour, surprisingly heavy carbonation, huge beige head which takes a long time to settle. Aroma of roast malts, espresso coffee (no surprise), hints of unsweetened liquorice and dark bitter chocolate. Medium sweet flavour with the same elements, also distinct bittering hops. Intense stuff, the bottle should be shared by 2 persons.
