Bourbon Érable de Glace

Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a small dark brown foamy head with some retention and some lacing notes. Aroma of chocolate notes with some faint maple notes and bourbon notes with vanilla also noticeable. Taste is also a mix of chocolate notes with some bourbon notes and vanilla notes with some light dry fruits and warming alcohol notes with some residual sugar notes. Body is full with an oily texture and good carbonation with some discernible alcohol notes. Interesting but a tad too hot and sweet for my taste buds for my taste buds.
