Pours a pineapple color. 2 finger white frothy head. Head retention is good. There's some lacing on the glass.
Nose - Citrus, and a lot of it. Tons of pineapple. There's a hint of mango and grapefruit.
Taste - The citrus is a lot less than the nose let on, but it's there. The taste is more mango to me, than pineapple. There's still the pineapple but it's in the background.
The hops cling to my throat as they go down. Nice and sticky.
So all I can say is Pat McCrotch!

Lacking some body and sweetness. Low perceivable bitterness. Not as hazy as others.

Silly sophmoric name. For the beer itself it is fine for hazy bullshit. It smells much better than it tastes. Under attenuated and that ruins the hop flavors. Very little bitterness. Good body and texture.

Pours a hazy light golden straw color with a white head and clinging lacing. Smell was citrus with a little mango and garden musk. Taste had nice citrus burst with some tropical hops finished with some weedy dankness. Mouth feel had very little bitterness with medium/low carbonation, What i liked about this NEIPA was it's lack of sweetness, more hop taste with very little lactose. ABV at 6.3% was a plus also, nicely done but nothing mind blowing here it's like a dozen already available in the TC ..will look forward to pounder cans of this one.
