Mosaic & Galaxy hops.
It's an unmistakable aroma. You know just what you're in for when that funky dankness smacks you in the nosebuds. No, it isn't a treat of the smokable variety, but a rather hoppy liquid delight. This old favorite hasn't been brewed in years, but we dusted it off and gave it new life, loading it up with a couple of our favorite hop varieties resulting in a sticky brew that's anything but icky.

16oz can canned 1/11/23 into a pint glass.
L: Pours med hazed apricot with watery lemony edges, a 3/4" slightly rocky white head w OK retention, light fine carbo, sticky random lacing w broken sheeting and light banding.
S: Pineapple, berries, ripe fruits, sweet malts, weird bubble gum, caramelized malts, light mango , papaya, a hint of funk w warming.
T: Pineapple, light orange, grapefruit zest, some lemon, a hint of soft melon rind, white grape, a touch of yeast.
F: Lightly punchy, plush/cushy med bodied w a moderately full center and a med-long drying finish that has a very long linger.
O: With its zesty linger, this curiously great tasting Hazy Pale Ale isn't icky or even very dank! Just fairly full-flavored, but not large, and it has a hop forward resinous finish. Impressive. It is excellent in its style.
