Our collaboration beer with Lough Gill Brewery from Sligo, Ireland. We used Loughran Family Pale Malt straight from Ireland for our base malt, then we added a bit of black malt and chocolate malt for some roasty, chocolate notes and of course a cup of Lucky Charms marshmallows, because of course we did. Fun fact; NoMa used to be known as Swampoodle, a historically Irish neighborhood, thus, Swampoodle Stout!

Not a lot on the nose, maybe slightly sweet, a little oaty. Great toasty warm taste with the right amount of marshmallowy sweetness.
