Our New England style IPA is brewed with oats for a soft and smooth mouthfeel. We cold whirlpool as well as dry hop Simcoe, Amarillo and Idaho 7 hops to add a ton of fruity and citrusy flavor without isomerizing much bitterness. We also use a Vermont yeast strain for subtle stone fruit esters.

Draft pour at Nationals Park. Nice citrus hoppiness, but it's a little on the sweet side and very boozy for being just 6.5% abv. Not something I'd try again.
