Copenhagen 9/5 2022. 33 cl ca from Meny, Østerfælled torv, Kbh. Ø. What looks like fellow made out of Lego bricks apparently working at a brewery.
Pours opaque, hazy golden yellow with a big white hed. Stable. Settles as 2 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of stone fruits mingling with more restrained tart, citric fumes. Peach and melon. Grapefruit and lime.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a medium strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a notable sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is sweetish with a touch of alcohol.
A bit flat but decent DIPA.
