I have never seen this brewery before. Canned fairly recently. Pours a cloudy whitish-blonde hue with a frothy head into my glass. It certainly looks the part. Melon rind comes to mind as far as hop aroma is concerned. This is echoed in the taste with a nice, bitter melon rind and perhaps mango as well. It has a finish that's almost creamy, like a milkshake effect. I really like it and the can artwork is like nothing I've seen from a VT brewery, except maybe BBCO. Check it out!

After 3 of these, I'm not a fan. While there is some nice tropical notes present, the solvent piney bitter takes over and takes all the fun out. It's merely OK in a crowd of better beers. On the buy it again scale, it's a no.

Tall can

Murky squash soup kinda pour, with an olive oil sheen, leaves nice looking fine fields of sheeting.

Mild pineapple juice and lime sniff.

Decent enough NEIPA, but def not up to the high standards of the heavy hitters of the style. More tropical citrus notes, and some hoppy resins in the finish.

Can. Murky non-descript beige (?) with dense head and lace. Light citrus and tropical fruit and green grape aroma. Medium light fruity red grapefruit and some cereal. Dry finish medium light citrus bitterness. Medium body soft. Somewhat gassy but not fizzy. Very good.

Can to tulip.
The appearance was a nice looking pineapple juicy milky color. A light film of lace coats the glass nicely after a slim head fell off. Some speckled lace day further towards the top of the glass.
The aroma smelled like pineapple to mango puree, soft and sweet throttling through some grassy to semi-spicy hops.
The flavor moderately leaned into the pineapple juiciness. Not so much mango here. Subtle dry grassy to mango/pineapple juicy aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied, perhaps a touch under. Nice low key carbonation for the style. Good ABV. Nice dry juicy finish of pineapple and mango.
Overall, this is pretty solid stuff. But hoping they don't pull a "Weyerbacher" and think this is the end all and be all of beer. If the brewer is reading this, please expand your beer knowledge and brew something non-IPA related.

Pint can 4/1/19

A thick and hazy yellow-golden color. Classic NE look. A thick, pure white foam tops it off, settles down, spreads out to only a thin cover.

Aromatic Hoppiness: pineapple, sour kiwi and passionfruit, Clementine and a soft wheat and oat scented malt, slightly creamy. Nice nose.

The first sip has some sour wheat and golden grains style malt bite in both taste and mouthfeel. A bit of bitter earthiness mixed with high-toned citrus rind, grapefruit and a hint of buttery lager malt in the aftertaste.

The mouthfeel is light and crisp at first, then smooth and even a bit medium bodied in the middle with a mildly cloying effect , Actially finishes pretty clean.

The hops give off some unique flavors, especially the bitter and dried leafy effects, but also some sour/herbal and flat juicy flavors of starfruit.

Overall, I like the semi-funky charecter of the malt and hops, giving a New England style some weird style points out of strange but fun aspects.
