Hazy golden color a thin head with short retention.
Slightly sour aroma with notes of wheat, coriander and citrus peel.
Flavor with notes of wheat malt, a good deal of coriander, faint sourness, homey and orange peel. Dry aftertaste with no bitterness.
Medium body with appropriate carbonation.
Decent Witbier with the traditional expected flavors.
