With Just Real Nice, we decided to brew with some of our absolute favorite ingredients; ones that are always just real real nice =) We used an absolutely wild amount of pillowy & silky oats - both flaked and malted - as well as gobs upon gobs of Pennsylvania Wildflower Honey from @fruitwoodorchards (thanks for the hookup @tiredhandsbrewing!). We then thought it’d be kind of sensible to TRIPLE dry hop this little number with some of the choicest Galaxy we could get our little paws on - hand selected from the most recent 2019 Hop Selection in Australia.

Canned 9/16/2021, it pours cloudy orange color with a 2 finger thick off white foamy head that was so thick I ran my finger through it; the lacing was incredible camouflage foam that was left over by a head that faded so slowly that it took a few minutes. It was topped off with a layer of head foam that floated on top like whipped cream on a milkshake. World class looks.
Smells of tangerine, grapefruit, orange peel, lemon zest, apricot, Razzles candy, caramel, brown sugar, tropical fruit and malt that was soaked in something sugary. The flavor is more tropical with additional citrus tastes like orange juice, honeydew melon, guava and then biscuit and graham cracker come through. Some trailing spices like pepper and tea leaf pop out before it slides down very smooth with a mild bitterness.

Another big ol friendly thanks to my boy Jay for the can. Cheers, and Happy Thanksgiving!
Pours a white-washed opaque yello, like that of your classic Belgian Wit. A huge froth of white rests above, lasts forever, and plasters the glass.
The aroma is simply magnificent. Smells like freshly squeezed orange juice, honey suckle flowers, and freshly thawed pine needles during a fabulous ski run.
The flavor takes some surprising turns. Honey is definitely noticeable but a delicious black licorice flavor comes through. Pine, mango, and sugar cookies complete the story.
Rich and creamy feeling beer with an initial sweetness diving into a smooth bitter finish. Sticky and sappy on the end with just a touch of alcohol warmth.
As I'm deep frying this bird on a frigid, yet clear day, I can't imagine a better brew for the experience. It's warming, exciting, bursting with flavors and aromas, and comforting. Cheers.
