Brewed with a deep and complex base of specialty malts, fluffy flaked oats, mini marshmallows and a dash of milk sugar (they maxed out the mash tun!). They then rested this Comfy behemoth on chocolate, fresh Bourbon vanilla beans, and an absolutely enormous offering of coconut flakes. This was such a fun and enriching process for them, to be able to conjure the dessert flavors they loved as children (and still do!) like Mounds bars, chocolate truffles, coconut sorbet, hot cocoa made with fresh whole milk topped with a big dollop of marshmallow Fluff, brownie batter, and hot fudge!
