Autumnal Bliss is a brand new DDH IPA brewed with flaked wheat and hopped heavily in the whirlpool with Galaxy. Double Dry Hopped with two big hits of Riwaka from New Zealand, as well as both Ella & even MORE Galaxy from Australia. We’re getting bulbous notes of candied peach, pineapple, and passionfruit.

Poured from a 16 oz can into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Cloudy medium golden pour with big fluffy white head. Great retention and lacing.
S: Citrus. Grapefruit, crackery grains, and tropical fruit.
T.F: Semi-sweet crackery grains and citrus juice. Grapefruit, tangerine, and rind. A bit of pineapple and mango. Some herbal hop bitterness. A bit of a bite which is nice... medium bodied and smooth/sticky. More fruit/citrus to finish. Hides its ABV.
O: A solid entry in the 'Little Log Cabin' lineup. Great flavor/drinkability.
