Europe '72 is a DDH Honey IPA w/ Riwaka, Sabro and New Zealand Cascade. Brewed with our usual comfy/cozy grist of flaked oats and American two-row barley, as well as a bit of local wildflower honey. Dry hopped twice with a blend of Riwaka and Cascade from New Zealand, and a touch of Sabro from the northwestern USA.

This one pours a very hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing. It's a very attractive look for this beer - it's positively glowing.
This smells like pineapple, honey, peach, citrusy candy, and grapefruit.
This is one of the better IPAs I've had in a little bit. The honey is a great touch, adding a pleasant candied sweetness to intensely citrusy hop character. There's a touch of grapefruit pith, but not much bitterness overall.
This is very soft, juicy, and pillowy, with a fantastic mouthfeel.
This is highly enjoyable stuff - I'm very interested in this apparent Tired Hands spinoff now.

Poured from a 16 oz can into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Hazed medium golden pour with massive pillowy white head. Great retention and lacing.
S: Honey... sweet fruit. Peach and citrus.
T.F: Mildly sweet up front. Fruit and honey, just like it smells. Mango, peach, tangerine, and berry. A little spice and rind. Negligible bitterness. Super smooth and creamy. Lingering fruit finish.
O: A superb DDH IPA with honey. Drinkable and delicious... very glad I ordered a 4pack.
