Thanks to Roy_Hobbs for this one, from his NBS BIF #15 strike. 16oz can (dated 3/24/22) poured into 14oz teku. Poured a fully murky medium orange color with an inch of white head that had good retention and lacing.
The aroma was the usual frooty hop of the style, some orange did pop through, with a very low grain presence.
Similar on the tongue, with a bit of hop bite to add some interest.
The body was the usual light and smooth of the style, with a medium finish.
Drinkability was OK, fans of the style will like it more than I do.
Overall, a solid, if unspectacular, example of the style. Try it if you're a fan of the Murk.

From the TH Instagram post: “ Mindfulness is a Soft and Comfy Quadruple Dry Hopped Quadruple Galaxy IPA by our sweet friends at @littlelogcabinbrewing. Brewed with all American 2-row barley, and hopped aggressively throughout the brew with our best Aussie Galaxy. Fermented with our creamy house Ale yeast and dry hopped four different times exclusively with more and more Galaxy. Notes of Fuzzy naval orange, vanilla soft serve, fresh squeezed guava, lime hard candy and strawberry preserves. 12.5% abv.” Wonderful nose, but a hot finish on the palate because of the high ABV. Still, an enjoyable TIPA.
