Hazy orange color with a thick head with good retention and leaving laces.
Aroma with lots of peaches, oranges, oats and passion fruit.
Flavor with notes of pine, fresh orange juice, peaches, passion fruit, mild mango, green resin and white bread. Dry aftertaste with a clean bitterness.
Light velvety body with appropriate carbonation.
I guess this is my first NEIPA from Mexico and I am not disappointed. Huge drinkability, so a bit on the milder side of the spectrum. Nice balance of refreshing flavors with expected green, citrusy and peach notes.
