Notes: "Multigrain Grand Cru". 10 IBUs. Apparently named for Marilyn Russell, a local DJ, who just happened to be sitting next to me with her girlfriends. Slightly hazy yellow gold body beneath a short head of white. Aroma of banana, sweet malt, clove, and a plastic-like phenol. The flavor follows with lots of banana and clove. It's sugary. The alcohol doesn't show. It's very mildly bitter. Somehow the sweetness fades in a mostly dry finish. Medium bodied and crisp. Overall it lacks finesse but it's still pretty damned good.
