Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a slightly hazy, medium golden amber with a two finger white head with great retention and thick lacing. Aroma of pale malt, citrus and lightly dank hops, orange, grapefruit and slight dry grassiness. Flavor is pale malt, citrus hops, orange, grapefruit, a touch of pine, faint mixed light stone fruit. Citrus rind and mild pine finish with moderate lingering bitterness. Medium bodied with light creaminess. A solid pale style of IPA, perhaps a bit drier in malt and a step back in hop bitterness from a West Coast style IPA; the hops are IPA worthy, but the malt is closer to a pale ale profile. Satisfactory, but nothing really stands out. Very dynamic and interesting graphics on the can.

Clear orangey amber with plenty of foam in the Tripel Karmeliet tulip. Malty and tangy with an orange taste to start. Aroma of canned peaches. Flavors of citrus, bitter melon, and green tea. Finishes with grapefruit peel and some woody astringency.
Seems to be a mix of hops, 67 IBU claimed. It's moderately bitter but doesn't leave a long-lingering bitterness. Rather acidic on the tongue, which balances the good dose of sweetness. From the 16 oz can purchased at the brewery taproom.
