A legendary blend of malts combined with a phenomenal hop bill of Amarillo, Azacca, and Comet! For those seeking the perfect balance of West-coast style fruitiness and bitterness. We used London Fog yeast to build mouth feel and complement the fruitiness of the hops. Expect big on the attitude!

Cloudy, creating a white-hued, straw color. Small, but lasting head. Ample streaks on the glass.
The aroma features pale (and dry) malt with a touch of hop for spice.
The flavor comes across sweeter than the smell. The hop is also a bit more present. The combination is well-balanced and alluring. While there’s nothing extraordinary with this beer, it is still very well made and worthy of an addition tasting in the future.

Frosted pale yellowish with plenty of foam in the glass. Lovely sudsy mouthfeel. Tangy and fruity. It also seems like a pretty good dose of yeast (listed as London Fog). It's more like the hazy style of IPA. Aromatic with peach and a fruit salad in the nose.
Hops are listed as Amarillo, Azacca, and Comet. Moderately sweet and certainly more robust than typical Pale Ales. Flavors of citrus and a touch of apricot. A little acidic after some sipping, but very flavorful and interesting. From the 32 oz growler filled at the brewery tasting room in Barrio Logan.
