Deep, dark brown. Light passes easily through the center of the glass. Beige head which takes two pours to settle down. A true blanket of lace on the glass.
Rich cocoa and semisweet chocolate smells.
The flavor is a bit drier than the smell suggests. The chocolate probably is better described as Baker’s unsweetened. The “carbonation” is not what I’d expect from a nitro pour. It seems to be typical carbonation. The body is average. The aftertaste reminds me of the powder at the bottom of dark cocoa completed—strong and lingering.
