Pours opaque, jet black in color with one quarter inch head. Taste is butterscotch pudding, sea salt, and barrel. Heavy body, sweet but not cloying, with low carbonation. Can I say it, best beer from the brewery. The flavor reminds me of my youth with pudding flavor. This is a Southern Tier level sweet stout. I could use a little less barrel if I was nitpicking but I love salted caramel and this exudes this in spades.
