Pours opaque, jet black in color with one half inch head. Taste is big sugar cookie, gingerbread, light chocolate and barrel. Heavy body, low carbonation, sweet. Wow is this good. I was expecting sugary sweet but this is so refined. Never cloying but oozing with flavor. If Area Two made more sweet stouts they would be challenging Southern Tier. A wow beer....go and get some.
