Murky gold/yellow pour, finger of white foam atop. Nose is tropical and citrus. Taste is pineapple, little coconut, lime, oats, light kilned malt, touch papaya. Finish has a light citrus zest and creamy mouthfeel.

Pours a very cloudy opaque golden yellow color with a finger width foamy head. Head retention is very good as is lacing. More of a citrus lemon aroma with some tropical notes. On the taste, I get lemon followed by tropical fruits and a hint of peppercorn on the end. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.

real cool hazy, my first beer from this operation, a great introduction! real hazy, true new england appearance, not milky per se, but dense and heavy looking even with a low orange brightness about it and a really frothy head, this is the true haze, for better or worse. the nose rules, bigtime raw coconut notes, tangerine to me too, light lime leaf, pink peppercorn, and yellow peach, summery and both insanely pungent and insanely fresh, drippy and ripe, nothing green or harsh despite its boldness, i think it might all be strata, certainly strata driven, but its more dynamic here than it often is, especially in the flavor, where, faint blueberry, grapey sativa, and frozen pina colada come out, its bold enough and early intense enough to me to seem like cryo hops, but i have not seen cryo strata i dont think, they might exist not though, could be supported by cryo citra or something, i dont know, but it absolutely pops. i love the fleshy coconut and orange, the melon undertones, the fruitiness without such explicit citrus, and the herbal vibrancy this brings, its so distinct, and if this is a single hop beer im floored. impressive wheaty frothiness without it being heavy, i love the body, long and earthy but still dry, makes the hops sing and dance, contemporary balance at its finest. its also very well carbonated and stays uplifting until the end. a really nice beer, great first look at false idol, excited for more!

Hazy with a pleasant mouth feel. Straw colored with notes of citrus. Easy drinkability.
