False Idol Brewing

L-Three fingered head up front that is foamy and lively. The body is a clear and carbonated yellow/straw beer.
S-Funky, sour, miso, seaweed, grain, wheatgrass, lemongrass and strong hop. Some grape is also there. This beer has a very earthy and pungent aroma.
T-The flavor is very interesting. Malty sweet, grassy and spicy. Solid amount of grain as well. Funky and yeasty notes throughout. I get that interesting malty/tootsie pop flavor as well. This is all followed by a rewarding punch of bitterness at the end.
T-Light bodied, crisp, lively and dry at the end.
O-Really enjoyed this beer. A funky, bitter, slightly harsh, and weird take on the pilsner style. One of the more interesting lager beers I've ever had.
