500ml with no freshness dating. Opened 9-23-23.
2+ finger pillow head with a pink tint to it, very good retention as it slowly fades to a solid cap. Wispy lacing.
Reddish-pink and opaque body.
Tart fruit and powdery yeast in the aroma and a some wild fermentation character as it warms slightly.
Soft fruit flavor up front, raspberry / pink lemonade.
Light body with medium-high carbonation and a nice hit of acidity that refreshes the palate and leads into a dry finish.
Good to Very Good.
