Clear, dark amber body; very good carbonation; thick, off-white head, dense and long-lasting. Very pleasant malt nose; toasted grain with delicate fruity esters. The taste builds on the aroma; light caramel notes with pome fruit sweetness aspects; low-key hop bitterness; toasted grain. Medium body; mild overall warmth; light stickiness but with a soothing creaminess.
This bock is the real deal. Balanced and robust, a true delight to drink.

Aroma is huge beery malts, noble-like hops and a hint of sweet caramel. The flavor is fruit, slightly grainy malts and a mildly sweet caramel/smooth finish.
