Clear, pale gold colored body. Two fingers of white head with a vigorous pour, and this recedes to an interrupted cap and full ring. Only a few scattered lacing spots are left behind.
Aroma of raspberry, lemon, and lactose.
Taste is tart with raspberry and lemon. Hint of earthiness. Lactose in the aftertaste.
Medium mouthfeel. Crisp and clean finish. Good carbonation.
